Maria's Letter:

Dear Sponsors,

I want to share with you that I have completed my studies, something that once seemed challenging to me given my circumstances. My journey with you and ASON International began when I first encountered ASON International while I was only in my second year of high school. I still remember the interview with Carola Tolentino—it was something I did not expect, and when I was called for the interview, it took me by surprise. That day changed my entire life.

After graduating from high school, I thought my journey with ASON would end there. However, when I received the call that my scholarship was extended to cover my university education, my happiness was overwhelming. I thank God every day for placing you in my path.

I hope that just as you have changed my life, God will help you continue changing the lives of others. I am excited to tell you that I have completed my university studies. I owe this to God, my family, you—who are like a second family to me—and to myself for never giving up despite the many challenges life presented.
