Coleen Seitter

Coleen currently lives in Rockledge, FL and is enjoying retirement life to the fullest! She is a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and is very active in the community with regards to wildlife and environmental issues. She works with the care and rehabilitation of sea turtles at the Brevard Zoo, stranding and nesting of sea turtles with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society, and beach cleanup with Sebastian Inlet State Park and Canaveral National Seashore. She is also active in her home church playing trumpet in the church orchestra, has held various leadership roles in the church, and has a heart for missions both in the United States and abroad.
Some of Coleen’s earliest memories are attending church services at a mission in Okinawa, (where her Air Force father was stationed) launching a lifelong passion for missions. Coleen retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3, with almost 32 years of service and was a Criminal Investigator. Coleen has a Bachelor of Science from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Masters of Education from Middle Tennessee State University, and an Education Specialist degree from Peabody/Vanderbilt University.
