FAQs

Who is ASON International?

1

ASON International (Americans Serving Other Nationals) is an ECFA‑accredited 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit that assists national Christian leaders in accomplishing their God‑given visions. We incubate ministry by helping local leaders plant churches, build schools and homes, and launch sustainable businesses that fund long‑term ministry in their own communities.

What is ASON’s mission?

2

Our mission is to assist national Christian leaders in accomplishing their God‑given visions. We do this by providing theological training, startup assistance, and funding so their ministries can become spiritually fruitful and financially self‑sustaining.

How is ASON different from other organizations?

3

Rather than sending and funding long‑term Western‑led work, ASON comes alongside proven national Christian leaders who already serve their communities. We focus on partnership, coaching, and sustainability so local churches, schools, and ministries stand strong without long‑term dependence on the West.

ASON partners with national Christian leaders in several regions, including South Asia, Ghana, and the Dominican Republic. Through these partners we support churches, child sponsorship programs, schools, and community‑based ministries in multiple countries within these regions.

10

Individuals can get involved by sponsoring a child, joining a mission trip, praying for our partners, or giving toward specific projects and ministries. Many people also share ASON’s stories in their churches and networks to help connect others with what God is doing through national leaders.
